Arrival at the self-check-in terminal
Did you make your room reservation online via a booking portal or even directly on our website? If you arrive outside of regular reception hours, you can use our modern self-check-in terminal, which allows you to arrive easily and conveniently as well gives you access to your room from 1:00 p.m. Don't worry, it's very easy. We also offer our guests the option of arriving late, even after midnight.

Our check-in machine at the main entrance allows you to arrive easily and comfortably.
The "Hotelomat" will of course guide you through all relevant steps and is available in 6 different languages.
Your room will be ready for you from 1 p.m. We ask that you leave by 10:30 a.m. at the latest.
Of course, you also have the option of making a reservation in advance by telephone or online.
late arrivals
BOOK SPONTANEOUSLY
Since our reception is not staffed around the clock, our "Hotelomat" offers the option of express check-in. You can access your booking using your name or booking number, pay immediately if necessary and receive a receipt and your room card.
If you have not yet made a reservation with us, the machine allows you to search for available rooms, pay for them directly and check in yourself. We will issue you the invoice the next morning.
If you lose your key or your key card is defective, you can easily create a new key at the check-in terminal.
