Fine print

The prices are per room and include the following services: breakfast buffet, use of our communication networks (WLAN) and use of our free parking spaces. The prices shown on the invoice include VAT of 19%. A discount of €8.50 is granted for guests who do not wish have breakfast. Services that are not subject to the reduced tax rate are listed separately. For special events such as trade fairs (except Oktoberfest and BAUMA), the stated trade fair prices apply.

Cancellations

Bookings can be canceled free of charge until 6:00 p.m. the day before your planned arrival. For cancellations made after the cancellation deadline, the first unused night will be charged (at 80% of the room price before VAT). Please note that special cancellation conditions apply during Oktoberfest and trade fair times. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
